Executive Search process
Initial meetings between advisor and company where the advisor is briefed on the company's products, markets, objectives, strategy and organization. Advisor and client jointly review the responsibilities of the position in question and the company's expectations.
1. Preparation of candidate profile, including requirements/wishes regarding:
- The candidate's theoretical qualifications, experience, career pattern.
- The candidate's personal characteristics.
- Relevant industries/companies to prioritize (or possibly omit).
2. Mapping of candidates who fit the defined profile. The initial search process results in a "longlist" of potential candidates.
3. Initial contact with candidates where the main objective is to generate interest in the position and clarify candidacy.
4. Interviews with a selection of candidates, personality/ability testing.
5. Candidate presentation to the client.
6. Evaluation and prioritization of candidates through interviews with the client, including conducting reference interviews with written reports to the client.
7. Offer of position to selected candidate, we assist through negotiations until an employment agreement is signed.
The entire process normally takes 6 to 10 weeks. During the first 6 months after joining, we routinely follow up with both the company and the employee to ensure that the employment relationship is working according to the expectations of both parties.
